Thanks for all of your great products. My experience thus far allows me to trust everything you sell, everything I have read on your site, and every word of guidance you have offered to me via email. Your Metro Meds helped Monster to recover from full blown dropsy. Your Prazi-Q cleared all of my fish of flukes. The Jump Start helped them to get a GOOD fresh start. By the way, I opened up the spirulina flakes and all of my orandas went to town acting as if I had not fed them in a week!!!

Thanks for the follow-up phone call.
After the auction, I thought I really went over board this time with the money I spent in this auction. After I received the three fish this morning at 10 AM, I must say, my guilty thought of spending too much money just went out of window.
Both my husband and I were speechless when we saw how beautiful these ranchus were. This evening I spent three hours sitting in front of the quarantine tank watching them (5 ranchus) play. Two of the fish even came up to me bagging for food. All the fish I received from you are absolutely vibrant, healthy, and beautiful.
I now see the money I spent on getting these wonderful, beautiful creatures as long term investments. They are worth every penny I paid for them. I am definitely coming back to get more fish from you in the future.

Having no prior experience in purchasing goldfish by mail, we were somewhat
anxious in ordering the Red Ryukin from you. My wife and I were like
expecting parents waiting for the new addition to the family. The package
arrived on schedule, the fish was expertly packed and recovered from its
journey within two days. "El Popo" (named after the volcano outside
Mexico City) is healthy, active and beautiful. She looks exacly as the photo
in your "gallery." We are in the process of getting a larger tank and look

I can.t begin to describe the beauty of the fish you sent me Rick; the color and body shape, they are the most beautiful fish I have ever seen. They are doing well and say hi. Anyways I had a question about how long I should keep the light off in the tank and when I should give them their first feeding. I am also getting ready to make my weekly water change. Should I wait for a day or so, (ammonia 0ppm, nitrite 0ppm, PH 6.8, nitrate 20ppm) so the fish can get more acclimated. I don.t want to call you because you are probably very busy.

Just thought you would like to know how well we are doing with your Goldfish.
The SCALES show was held June 23rd and24th - It was an all species show. We took the Ohio Exotic Goldfish Championship - for most goldfish points in the show - and most exciting, Best of Show (over all 200 entries) - People in this area are not real goldfish people - so this was a feat to accomplish this....best of all, this was from a fish we got on your online auction ---- Let the folks out there know that these auction fish are excellent fish -- if they know what they are looking for - you can get some real bargains!!!
We'll be watching your Auctions for another prize winning Goldfish.

I entered two fish and two paintings in the Akron show. Both fish (Ones I bought from you:o) took 1st place and my Calico ranchu knocked out last year's "Best in Show." The black moor I bought back in January also took first place. Both fish were pulled out of my pond a week before the show and people could not believe what good condition they were in:o) I am sure the fish that won best in show was one of yours also (Bill & Cheryl).

Hey, Rick, Those two fish are exceptional! They will be ready to go into their 80 gallon home next week. I'm not sure I can afford to feed that nine inch beauty, though (just kidding)! I have a Chihuahua who is quite concerned about a fish that's nearly as big as she is. Even at the end of the most trying day at work they are a pleasure to behold and I am reminded to appreciate the beautiful things in my life. Yes, they do have names, the red and white one is Dolly (hmm...) and the calico is Lola (at least until breeding tubercles sprout, then I'll have to do some rethinking about names). There will only be 4 fish in the 80 gallon, they will be tank mates with an adolescent blue oranda (Blue Boy) and a 6" black demekin (Othello of course). By the end of the year I'll begin setting up my third tank, 135 gallons. I know where to get the BEST fish, too! You can bet I won't be taking chances on where my future fish come from. Of course, one of my goals is to have an oranda bigger than Bruce! Eek! Thank you again for these two fish and for the great and helpful articles posted on your site. You make this hobby a joy.
